The Value Series 36" Wood Pizza Peel is designed to provide a fast, easy and effective service at any pizzeria or restaurant. The wooden construction makes it easier to slide under than the steel-made peels. This 36" pizza peel has smooth contoured handles to ensure easy and firm gripping. The blade of the pizza peel keeps the product balanced, giving added support to balance pies and individual slices. The 12"x14" blade can easily accommodate pies and slices of different shapes and sizes. Also, the food will not stick on its surface making it easier to clean. This lightweight unit weighs only 1 lb, is easy to use and store.
